HOW TO SUCCEED IN LIFE

No matter where you were born, or when, there’s just something inside you that wants to succeed.   Whether you realize it or not, even your basic instinct to survive tells you that you weren’t created to fail.  A person can face seemingly impossible circumstances, and yet, in the vast majority of times, they will survive, somehow, someway.  Many count that up to “luck”, but it isn’t luck at all; it’s how you were created, purposely by God. GOD’S WORD WILL CHANGE YOUR LIFE

The words we speak every day set the course for our lives.  While some may disagree with this concept, I think you’ll agree that pretty much everything we do also deals with our spoken words.  For example, if you apply for a job, you will have to speak to the interviewer.  Your answers will come not only from your life experiences, but also your attitude in general.  And your words will in a large part determine if you will or will not get that job. ASK AND RECEIVE

Have you ever asked the LORD for something and received nothing?   Did you just think what you asked for “was not the LORD’S will”, and that’s why you didn’t get what you asked for? What does the Bible say about asking and receiving?  Today we will explore how to get prayers answered.  God DOES want to answer your prayers, but you knew that, right? Continue Reading »

HOW DO YOU SEE IT?

God says we need to have a vision for our life, and where there is no vision, the people perish.  Well, I have a vision; and that is that everyone I minister healing to is healed.  Are all of them healed?  No, because they have no vision to see themselves healed.  When the Lord Jesus walked through villages teaching the multitudes, He healed the sick, but yet in his own village, He could do no mighty work there.  Let’s read about it and why it was that way. WILL YOU OBEY GOD?

Obedience is a big thing to God.  Most people know that, but would still rather do their own thing.  Heaven is God’s home, and everything there is subject unto His will and pleasure.  The entire universe was created for God’s pleasure, and even the stars and planets obey His commandment to stay in their proper courses.  And everything was wonderful in heaven until Lucifer decided he not only did not want to obey God anymore, but he wanted to de-throne God and take His place and rule heaven.  Well, how did THAT work out for Lucifer?  Not too well, and he was cast out of heaven because he left his former place of obedience and became evil. THE WORD OF THE LORD IS PERFECT

We have all heard “The LORD said…”.  And to some ministers the favorite catch-phrase is “The LORD said, the LORD said.”, as they prophesy to people.  But we must be very careful what we tell people in the name of the LORD, for the Word of the LORD is perfect.  Psa 18:30 says;  As for God, his way is perfect: the word of the LORD is tried: he is a buckler to all those that trust in him. That means it is NEVER wrong, and what He says will surely come to pass. Continue Reading »

JUST THE FACTS

There used to be a TV show called “Dragnet” about a policeman named Joe Friday whose catchphrase was “Just the facts”. In the course of his investigation there were often theories about this or that, but he wasn’t interested in theories, “just the facts”.  Well, that’s me.  As you know, I teach about a lot of Bible subjects, but mostly about healing.  And do you know what?  I don’t give a hoot about anyone’s theory about this or that, all I’m interested in are the FACTS!  Everywhere I go there are people who think this or that about the Bible, and yes, I do too, BUT what we think doesn’t count.  What DOES count is what the Bible says, for it contains the sum knowledge of what is revealed by God to mankind.  Yes, the Holy Spirit speaks to believers, but what He says ALWAYS agrees with the written Word of God.  And what about the times when the “voice of the Holy Spirit” doesn’t agree with the Word, such as “NEW REVELATION?  Pitch it.
