Life Healing Ministries’ Goals

We are not interested in making a name for ourselves and laying up treasures on this earth.  Rather, we desire to use every ministry opportunity to exalt our Heavenly Father and the Lord Jesus Christ.

We’re tired of going places where they want to “play church” and everyone leaves just as sick, broke, and depressed as they were when they came in.  We hunger for the presence and visitation of the Holy Spirit.  For when the Holy Spririt is present, the captives are SET FREE!

If you want more of the usual, don’t call us.  With us, it’s all about for God, or forget it!  When you’re serious about living the life that God wants you to have, we will come and help you learn how.

Interview with Sid Roth

On January 23, 2004 Jerry was Sid’s guest on TBN for a live hour and a half show, sharing his testimony and relating of some of the miracles he has witnessed. Sid mentioned on TBN, “I would like to see you, Jerry, equiping believers to move in healing. I mean you are one of the finest teachers I’ve ever heard about healing.  You don’t even plan your messages!  They just….FLOW!”

BE THE WORD OF GOD

   There’s an old saying “Less talk, more action” that I’d like to explore today.  Actually, this will cover several areas, so let’s get started.  We all know people who are all talk and no action when it comes to living for Christ Jesus.  Of course I realize that we’re all perfect and nobody reading this could be lacking any of these areas, but for the sake of “other people”, let’s check it out anyway. SLOW TO BELIEVE

   People get all excited when they hear of all the wonderful things the LORD has done.  But they stop short of receiving them because they are slow to believe.  Let me explain;
We can read in Luke 24 the account of a couple men walking to Emmaus after the crucifixion of Christ Jesus, how they had HOPED that He was the Messiah.  They sound a lot like us today. Continue Reading »

BEAT THE DEVIL AT HIS OWN GAME

   The Bible has a lot to say about the power of words.  By the word of His power, God created the entire universe.  By the Word of God, mankind was created in His own image, a living soul, a speaking spirit, with power to affect his environment by his words.  With his words, Adam named the creatures of the earth, and whatsoever Adam called them was their name.

CHECK THE DIPSTICK

   When Christ Jesus is allowed full access to your life, your decisions will be based on the Word of God.  Now that doesn’t mean you won’t meet with adverse circumstances.  Some people have been led to think that if Christ Jesus is your Lord and Savior, you’ll never see hard times, and if you ARE in the midst of trials, then you’re out of God’s will, and God is trying to teach you a lesson.  And I have to wonder how that goofy thinking ever got into the Body of Christ in the first place. ARE YOU TEACHABLE?

   Everyone wants to be healthy, prosperous and enjoy life.  I don’t know anyone who really wants to be sick and broke.  But the choices we make determine how we will live.  The Word of God tells us how to be blessed, and spells out specific things we need to do, as well as things we need to avoid doing in order to have the blessings of God.  So if we are smart, we will be willing to listen to what He has to say.  Being willing to listen and change the way we do things is what I call being teachable.  Is everyone teachable, more importantly, are YOU teachable? TEACH PEOPLE TO SEEK GOD

   This morning when I woke up, the Holy Spirit told me, Teach people to seek God.  There is something built into people of every age and culture to worship a deity.  Even people who claim not to believe in God acknowledge a sense of the existence a higher being, though they choose not to worship Him.  There are so many gods that people of other cultures worship, and the Bible talks about gods of wood and stone that do not see, hear, or speak.
