TAKING YOUR POSSESSION

Many people hear a personal prophecy and get all excited and think God is going to just drop everything in their lap, and most of the times, that just isn’t the case.  You see, God requires obedience and action from us.  It is said, If you are a farmer and you ask God for an abundant harvest, you’d better have a hoe in your hand as you pray. WHAT NOW?

Ok, you’ve made it through another New Year, what now?  Are you making needed changes that you’ve promised yourself that you would being it’s a new year?  Or is it back to the same-old-same-old?

WHEN WILL YOU BELIEVE?

There are those out there feeling hopeless and abandoned, who are children of the Most High, who have been repeatedly asking God to deliver them from whatever trials they are experiencing. I feel the Holy Spirit is asking the following question: WHEN WILL YOU BELIEVE I HAVE ALREADY RESCUED, DELIVERED, AND SAVED YOU FROM THE EVIL ONE?

WORK OF THE KINGDOM

When the Lord saves you, do you think all there is to do is sit around and shout Glory!?  Or is there a purpose for your life hereafter?  Let’s have a look at Mark 1:9-27, Continue Reading »

THE POWER OF GOD UNTO YOU

Have you ever noticed how much time Christians spend asking God to do such-and-such for them?  Have you noticed how many times YOU have asked God to do things for you?  Maybe it’s time to pay better attention to that. Perhaps you haven’t realized how very much power and authority God has already granted unto you. Continue Reading »

POWER OF OUR WORDS

With our words we can make friends, or make enemies, cause people to listen, or cause them to turn away.  For example, You can walk up to someone standing by their motorcycle and say, That is sure a nice bike, tell me about it, and most likely they will thank you and tell you all about it.  OR, if they’re not too big and you’re brave enough, you can tell them that it’s an ugly piece of junk, but not quite as ugly as they are.  That of course will not likely end well. WITHOUT LIMITS

This morning I woke up and asked the LORD what to write about today, and He said, Philippians 4:13.  There was no delay whatsoever in His reply.  What does it say?  “I can do all things through Christ which strengtheneth me.”
Let’s pick that simple verse apart;  He says I CAN.  That word “can” is causative, not permissive, that means I am ABLE to.  I don’t have to seek permission, it is already ordained that I CAN.  DO;  that word signifies “action”, not just intent.  All things; how many is “ALL”?  That signifies the “total amount of” the THINGS; that which I choose to do.  THROUGH CHRIST  now it gets interesting. We have to ask, “What things would Christ have me do, since I am able to do all things?”  Has He empowered us to “do our own thing”?  Or is there a higher calling for our life?  WHICH STRENGTHENETH ME; well, seeing it is clearly CHRIST which strengtheneth me, then that empowerment is clearly to do Kingdom of God work, not my “own thing”. GO BIG, BE BOLD!

Today I will teach about healing again, it’s my job. The Body of Christ seems to be suffering from an inferiority complex.  For the most part, believers have forgotten what the Lord Jesus taught His disciples.  And most importantly, they have forgotten that THEY are the modern-day disciples of Christ Jesus of Nazareth, meaning the world looks at them and expects them to deliver the same thing that the original disciples were empowered to do.  Assuming you are a believer and follower of Christ Jesus, can you look in the mirror and see yourself as taking the place of one of the original disciples?  Yes, I know the Lord Jesus was here over two thousand years ago, and you weren’t even born yet.  But the Bible says in Hebrews 13:8, Jesus Christ the same yesterday, today, and for ever. That means what He taught His disciples then applies today. Continue Reading »

ONCE UPON A TIME

Each week I ask the LORD what He wants me to write to the people. He seldom tells me in advance, it’s like I sit down and take dictation, for it comes as fast as I can write.  Well, today I asked Him what to write, He said “ONCE UPON A TIME….”  Ok, that tells me a whole lot….but hang on, here we go. ACCORDING TO THE POWER THAT WORKS IN YOU

People often ask me, “Why doesn’t the Word of God work today like it used to back in the Bible days?” That’s a fair question, we need to look into that, and today is the day.  First off, we must establish whether or not God has changed, and if the Gospel has changed. If God has changed, if Christ Jesus has changed, if the work of the Holy Spirit has changed, then we need to find out what that change is and how to adapt ourselves to that change.
