WORKING THE WORD

The Holy Bible is full of promises to us, but unless we put them to use, they are only words on a page.  I have an old Tee shirt that says, “The Word works wonders when the workman works the Word”.  The exact opposite is true as well, if we don’t work the Word of God, it produces no wonders for us.  The first wonder the Word will work for us is salvation, IF WE WORK THE WORD. BE MERCIFUL

God is merciful, and if we want to please Him, then we must be too.  And I guarantee you that there are enough “jerks” sprinkled among us, that being merciful isn’t always easy to do.  Yet I think of how we treat the LORD many times, and I’m amazed He hasn’t made crispy critters out of most of us.  God nearly destroyed all of mankind back in the flood, and only Noah and his family were spared.  Here we are thousands of years later, and I’m wondering how God can put up with us even another day.  It isn’t going to be pretty when He decides to deal with mankind’s evil. CONSCRIPTION

When I woke up this morning, the first word that came up in my spirit was “conscription”. Well, that is defined as “compulsory enrollment of persons especially for military service”. And that got me to thinking, haven’t we ALL been conscripted by the devil to serve him all our lives? None are born free, we have ALL inherited the nature to sin from all the way back to Adam. Now, Adam was not born in bondage, he and Eve alone were created “free”, but due to the choice Eve made, and then Adam, we all were “conscripted” to serve involuntarily to sin and its lusts.

WHY BE SICK?

It’s been a while since I taught on healing, and after all, this IS a healing ministry. So today, it’s back to healing. Now, if you’re well and have no need of healing, then good, give this to someone you know that ISN’T well today, and be a blessing to them.

WHAT DO YOU MEDITATE UPON?

As you know, I like to use “It is written”, just like Jesus did. In Psalm 119:14:24 it says,

OFFENSE STOPS THE BLESSING

Having been in the ministry for over 25 years now, I’ve learned a thing or two along the way. And one is, offense stops the blessings of God. I’ve been to churches where they do their victory dances over the devil, make their declarations, taking the nations for the Gospel of Jesus Christ. But something is missing. Their lives are really no different than people who don’t know Jesus as their Lord and Savior. And there’s something terribly wrong with that situation.

A GOOD REPORT

It is written in Joshua 1:8, “This book of the law shall not depart out of thy mouth; but thou shalt meditate therein day and night, that thou mayest observe to do according to all that is written therein: for then thou shalt make thy way prosperous, and then thou shalt have good success.Continue Reading »

THIS BOOK OF THE LAW

It is written in Joshua 1:8, This book of the law shall not depart out of thy mouth; but thou shalt meditate therein day and night, that thou mayest observe to do according to all that is written therein: for then thou shalt make thy way prosperous, and then thou shalt have good success.

FOR GOD SO LOVED

It is written in John 3:16, For God so loved the world, that He gave His only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in Him should not perish, but have everlasting life. Let me ask you a question; exactly what does that verse mean to you?

GOD MADE IT EASY

Each day I get phone calls and prayer requests on the internet from people needing healing. For some, all it takes is pointing out what the Word says about healing and they are healed. BAM! And they have it. For others, it’s like pulling teeth to get even a minor thing healed. Even after nearly twenty five years of doing this, it still bothers me why this happens. What is the solution?
