Have you ever wished you had “inside information” about things you face in life? I’m sure you have. Investors want that every day so they’re able to make money. Should we be so different from investors? Indeed, we should want to be on the inside track concerning everything we do. Nobody wants to be the caboose on the train of life. We all love to hear how much God loves us, don’t we? A lot has changed in the way we live our daily lives since the first disciples of Jesus walked the earth. It is written that they didn’t exactly live the “abundant” lives that the preachers preach today. In fact, life was not very pleasant for them at all, according to 1 Corinthians 4:9-14. Jesus talked about those who would be His disciples should take up their cross and follow Him. And obviously, those people did.

Every day that passes brings us closer to the day of the return of Christ Jesus. It’s safe to say we’re closer today than we were yesterday. The Bible says in Matthew 24:36-42,
32 Now learn a parable of the fig tree; When his branch is yet tender, and putteth forth leaves, ye know that summer is nigh:
33 So likewise ye, when ye shall see all these things, know that it is near, even at the doors.
34 Verily I say unto you, This generation shall not pass, till all these things be fulfilled.
35 Heaven and earth shall pass away, but my words shall not pass away.
36 But of that day and hour knoweth no man, no, not the angels of heaven, but my Father only.
37 But as the days of Noe were, so shall also the coming of the Son of man be.
38 For as in the days that were before the flood they were eating and drinking, marrying and giving in marriage, until the day that Noe entered into the ark,
39 And knew not until the flood came, and took them all away; so shall also the coming of the Son of man be.
40 Then shall two be in the field; the one shall be taken, and the other left.
41 Two women shall be grinding at the mill; the one shall be taken, and the other left.

How is your relationship with the Lord Jesus today? Does it sizzle, or fizzle? Usually I work my way up to the subject, but today I want you to realize we don’t have time to waste. We know Jesus is coming back, but when? It could be today, it could be in several hundred years, but each of us have our own “expiration date”, and it could be right now, we just don’t know. Do you have a guarantee of tomorrow? I don’t, and neither do you. So we should be taking care of the most important matters in our lives FIRST, and our soul is our most important possession. Whether they realize it or not, many people are more concerned with pleasing people than they are pleasing God. When you look on Facebook, for example, people want you to “like” their comments. They want to please people and be noticed and approved by others. Is that a bad thing? Not necessarily, after all, we don’t want people NOT to like us. But what about Christians, should we be pleasing to everyone? From time to time I read some very critical posts on Facebook about Christians, some even blame all the world’s problems on Christians. It seems to me rather, that the vast majority of people are willing to “go along with the crowd” to be acceptable to them, even if what they do goes against what God approves of. Continue Reading »

God bless America-or God- less America, which do you want?
I wrote this article below TEN YEARS AGO, in September 2004, and look where we are now! This prophetic word is coming to pass right before our eyes. The LORD told me to send it out again today as a warning. People, everything we thought was just “rumor or scare tactics” ten years ago is happening right now. If Christians do not take this country back for God, it is all over for America. In fact, it could already be too late to save our way of life, and it depends on what YOU do with this message, what kind of future YOUR children will have. Think about it and DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT!! Don’t just assume “someone else” needs to deal with it. YOU need to deal with it!
