Today I’d like to talk about faith, because without faith it is impossible to please God. It is written in James 1:2-4,
Jas 1:2 My brethren, count it all joy when ye fall into divers temptations;
Jas 1:3 Knowing this, that the trying of your faith worketh patience.
Jas 1:4 But let patience have her perfect work, that ye may be perfect and entire, wanting nothing.
Now I know this is EXACTLY the opposite what we feel when we are in the middle of trials, but the Bible tells us that we are to have JOY in trials, because God uses them to strengthen us, not to destroy us. Trials can make or break us, depending upon whose strength we are trying to get through them with. Lean on the LORD, and you’ll do fine. Try to make it on your own, and you may, or may not.
