ASK AND RECEIVE THE BLESSING

The Holy Spirit is leading me to repeat part of what I said last week. When Jesus repeated himself, it was the same as saying, Hey! Pay attention here! This is important! Let’s return to John 14:10-13,

A GOOD REPORT

It is written in Joshua 1:8, “This book of the law shall not depart out of thy mouth; but thou shalt meditate therein day and night, that thou mayest observe to do according to all that is written therein: for then thou shalt make thy way prosperous, and then thou shalt have good success.Continue Reading »

GOD IS A REWARDER

It is written in Hebrews 11:6, But without faith it is impossible to please him: for he that cometh to God must believe that he is, and that he is a rewarder of them that diligently seek him. That verse is very clear in its meaning, and you don’t need to be a Bible scholar to understand it. You cannot come to God unless you believe He exists. And He is pleased that you believe in Him enough to diligently seek Him. And for that He will reward you. Rewards come in many shapes and sizes. We all like rewards, right?

SAFE WITH THE LORD

Have you ever been to the circus? One of the attractions there is usually a tightrope walker. He or she would climb high up to a rope or a wire stretched between two poles, and the idea is to safely walk from one end to the other without falling. Nearly everyone wants to make a hit in life, everyone but the tightrope walker, that is. He or she prefers just to get there safely.

THE HEALER IS “IN”

Once again today the LORD reminded me why He called me into the ministry in the first place, and that was for me to teach His people how to be healed and healthy. The other day I was reading comments on our website about an article I wrote years back called ‘When God Breaks His Promises’. I saw many comments pretty much cursing God for not doing such and such for them after they believed for a long time, for not healing them, or whatever, and it hurt my heart. We are all entitled to our opinion, right or wrong. After all, God gives us freedom of choice. Sometimes we choose rightly, sometimes not.

DO YOU WANT TO KNOW A SECRET?

A band called the Beatles had a hit record back in around 1963 called, “Do you want to know a secret?”  Everyone wants to know a secret, right? And the Bible is chock full of them, called “mysteries”.  But the Lord Jesus gave away some that had been kept hidden from the foundation of the world. Continue Reading »

WHY SO MANY DENOMINATIONS?

It troubles me that there is so much division in the body of Christ. In every town there are several churches, all preaching a different “Gospel”, with different doctrines, some do this, some do that, and none agree with the other to any great extent.  Somewhere along the line, the Gospel got hijacked, and the “Gospel” we are hearing today doesn’t line up with the Gospel the disciples heard from the Lord Jesus. BRING THEM HITHER TO ME

There was a story told of Jesus in Matthew 14:14-21, Mark 6:35-44, and John 6:1-13 that I would like to share with you today about PROVISION.  Many are in need of supernatural provision, and the LORD wants you to know He has it and He is not greedy about sharing it with you.  Now, I’m going to use a lot of scriptures here about the same event, but read this, for there is something different in each account we need to see: Continue Reading »

GOD DOES WHAT TO HIS CHILDREN?

When I was reading today’s Proverb, something really caught my attention. Have you noticed there is a Proverb for each day of the month?  Do you think there’s a reason for that?  Sure!  God has a purpose in everything, and in this case, it’s to educate His kids.  You ARE one of His kids, right?  Then let’s get some education today: Continue Reading »

GOD’S WORD WILL CHANGE YOUR LIFE

The words we speak every day set the course for our lives.  While some may disagree with this concept, I think you’ll agree that pretty much everything we do also deals with our spoken words.  For example, if you apply for a job, you will have to speak to the interviewer.  Your answers will come not only from your life experiences, but also your attitude in general.  And your words will in a large part determine if you will or will not get that job.
