WHOM THE SON SETS FREE

In spending quiet time with the Lord, and reading in John 8, He blessed me with something I want to share with you. It seems those times of quiet fellowship with the Lord are hard to come by these days with so much going on, but they are such a time of refreshing, like a visit from a beloved friend, or a cool breeze on a hot day. MAKING TIME FOR GOD

While the Lord never promised us a life without problems, He promised He would never leave or forsake us. That means God wants to spend time with us. And He promises to draw nigh unto us if we will draw nigh unto Him. But people spend most of their lives seeking “things” they think they need to enjoy life, as well as the necessities, or solving problems, and if they have any time “left over” they may use it seeking God. HE WHO OVERCOMES

Working on prayer requests takes up a good deal of my days. Although we’re now a world-wide ministry, we’re not letting our sudden popularity go to our heads. Jenny and I are still “approachable”. For eleven years now we have faithfully ministered to the lost, unsaved, sick, hurting, confused, angry, or whatever, with no support from anyone, and using our own money to do crusades, TV, and extensive travel. As most of you know, you can call me any hour of the day or night, and if I’m awake, I’ll talk to you, or will call you back after I wake up enough to know which end of the phone to talk into. HEADS I WIN, TAILS YOU LOSE

So many Christians live their lives like a coin tossed into the air. Well, what’s it going to be today? Heads, or tails? They often say, “You know how it is, sometimes you win, sometimes you lose.
