Life Healing Ministries’ Goals

We are not interested in making a name for ourselves and laying up treasures on this earth.  Rather, we desire to use every ministry opportunity to exalt our Heavenly Father and the Lord Jesus Christ.

We’re tired of going places where they want to “play church” and everyone leaves just as sick, broke, and depressed as they were when they came in.  We hunger for the presence and visitation of the Holy Spirit.  For when the Holy Spririt is present, the captives are SET FREE!

If you want more of the usual, don’t call us.  With us, it’s all about for God, or forget it!  When you’re serious about living the life that God wants you to have, we will come and help you learn how.

Interview with Sid Roth

On January 23, 2004 Jerry was Sid’s guest on TBN for a live hour and a half show, sharing his testimony and relating of some of the miracles he has witnessed. Sid mentioned on TBN, “I would like to see you, Jerry, equiping believers to move in healing. I mean you are one of the finest teachers I’ve ever heard about healing.  You don’t even plan your messages!  They just….FLOW!”

There is so much sickness going around in the churches.  Why are so many of God’s children sick?  Is that the will of God?  Or have they failed to make use of what has been given to them by Jesus?

A lot of people make a big deal out of the New Year, saying it’s a chance to make a fresh start, and fix those bad habits that have hung on so long, or fix a broken relationship, or start some other good thing.  And yes, that’s as good as any time to do so, but what they don’t realize is, every breath you take is a chance to make a fresh start.  You don’t have to wait till New Year to do it. Being this is the last day of 2021, this will be my last weekly writing for the year.  Looking back, and considering the whole year, has it been good or evil?  For many it has not been a good year at all with sickness, jobs lost, businesses closed, people dying, and yet it has not altogether been a bad year for everyone.  We all have good days and bad days, just like there are seasons in the year, one season goes, and another comes. Nothing is permanent.  That is, except for our relationship with God. Continue Reading »

On December 25th, much of the world celebrates Christmas as the birth date of Christ Jesus of Nazareth.  Now, this is a tradition, but not anchored accurately in facts.  The Bible gives the account on the birth of Christ on this wise:

Sometimes it is necessary to remind oneself that salvation is not a matter of religious observance of rituals or laws, or self-righteous denial of foods or drink, but it is ONLY the result of what Christ Jesus did on the cross. Continue Reading »

The Book of Proverbs is also called the Book of Wisdom, and I like to study from it every day.  Why?  Because there are 31 Proverbs; one for every day of the month.  And today while reading Proverbs 10, verse 22 just kind of jumps off the page at me, and this is what it says:

The blessing of the LORD, it maketh rich, and he addeth no sorrow with it.

I’ve been to very few churches who teach from the whole Bible, cover to cover.  Most all of them pick and choose what to major in, and most times they end up “majoring in the minors”.  One denomination is big on salvation. Another on gifts of the Spirit. Another on speaking in tongues, while another majors on prophecy.  There are as many denominations as there are pages in the Bible it seems.  And yet the ENTIRE Bible is telling us of the very nature of God and instructs us in how to follow Him.
