FOR THE JOY SET BEFORE US

It is natural to get discouraged from time to time as the devil hurls his arrows at us, and he uses that to distract us from our main purpose in life, and that is to daily grow closer to the LORD.  It is written in Hebrews 12:1-2,
1  Wherefore seeing we also are compassed about with so great a cloud of witnesses, let us lay aside every weight, and the sin which doth so easily beset us, and let us run with patience the race that is set before us,

GOD’S GIFTS WILL PROFIT YOU

Now as soon as most people see the word “profit”, they think of money.  Well, that’s natural if your mind is on money.  But God’s mind isn’t on money.  In fact, God doesn’t have a penny in heaven.  And if you’re asking God to give you money, He can’t, because He doesn’t have any.  He can cause money to come to you, but that’s another teaching for another time.  Today I’d like to focus on PROFIT. TO BE SEEN OF MEN
