I’ve been asked why some are healed, and some, though they profess to believe God’s Word, are not healed. That’s a fair question. Some say it is not always God’s will to heal in this lifetime, that it will take place “later”. And it’s true, not everyone is healed in this lifetime. But it’s also true that not everyone is saved. Can we therefore say it is not God’s will for all to be saved?

If you ask the average Joe on the street if they believe in God, most will say they do, but some don’t.  If you ask the ones who say they believe IN God if they BELIEVE God, most all of them will say they do.  BUT DO THEY REALLY?  How can you know?  You can start by asking them WHY?  A few will say, “God cannot lie”.  And that is a correct answer, but here’s the test:  when the going gets rough and the devil is causing them all kinds of trouble, what are they doing?

There is a sign in my friend’s home that says “Hope…anything is possible”. And hope is a good thing, because without hope, there is no reason to believe.  But yet the Lord Jesus said in Mark 9:23, If thou canst believe, all things are possible to him that believeth. Indeed, the sign in my friend’s home is accurate, BUT, consider this:  “anything is possible” , which can include “nothing” will happen.  If the Lord Jesus had wanted us to rely on HOPE, He would have said, “If thou canst hope, all things are possible to him that hopeth.
