RIGHTEOUSNESS EXALTS A NATION

It is written in Proverbs 14:34, Righteousness exalteth a nation: but sin is a reproach to any people. So I have to ask; what is sin?  The answer is simple: sin is anything that goes against the laws of God.  If we keep that one definition of sin before our eyes, everything becomes perfectly clear.  God is not asking us what WE define as sin, nor is He interested in what our opinion is.   He has already given us the parameters of what sin is, and He is Almighty God, so His definition is the plumb line by which our lives are measured. THE WORD OF THE LORD IS PERFECT

We have all heard “The LORD said…”.  And to some ministers the favorite catch-phrase is “The LORD said, the LORD said.”, as they prophesy to people.  But we must be very careful what we tell people in the name of the LORD, for the Word of the LORD is perfect.  Psa 18:30 says;  As for God, his way is perfect: the word of the LORD is tried: he is a buckler to all those that trust in him. FORGET NOT ALL HIS BENEFITS

As many of you already know, Psalm 103:2-3 is one of my favorite passages, which says: Bless the LORD, O my soul, and forget not all His benefits: who forgiveth all thine iniquities; who healeth all thy diseases.
