THE “IF” WORD

   Surely everyone wants the blessings of God, everyone that believes in God that is.  And of course we know not everyone believes in God, nor wants a relationship with Him.  But if you’re reading this, then I believe you do want a relationship with Him.  Well, let me ask you something: if you live in a forest and there is a fire all around you burning, are you in danger of losing your home and all you have?  Today I’m giving the sternest warning I’ve ever written, and I hope people will take heed. ARE YOU SURE?

   This morning I was on the phone ministering to a man who had been diagnosed with cancer.  He was a Christian and taught Sunday School.  He related to me he had been anointed with oil and prayed for by the Elders of the church, and decided that was that, he was healed by the stripes of Jesus.  Well, he went back to the doctor; they told him the tests indicated he had cancer and they scheduled him for treatment.  Disappointment set in, now what? he thought he was healed!  And so this scenario has repeated itself countless times during the years I’ve been in the ministry.  The devil doesn’t need any new tricks; the old ones have been working for centuries.  What am I talking about here? DO YOUR WAYS PLEASE THE LORD?

WHO WILL BE MY WITNESS?

   From old times God has appointed witnesses to reveal His plans.  In fact it is written that God does nothing without first revealing it to His prophets.  The Holy Bible tells of the Prophets of God who foretold of the Christ and what He would accomplish for mankind.  They were His witnesses then.  But who are His witnesses now?  And what are they saying? ANOTHER JESUS?
