FOLLOW ME

You know how I love to teach about healing, for it is part of our “benefits” package. But there’s something even more important than healing, and that is your soul. Healing is wonderful, but what good is a healed body if your soul is lost? Can you be healed even if you’re not saved? Sure you can, you see, that’s God’s “dinner bell”, how He says, “Come and get it!” And most unsaved people, once they’ve tasted the goodness of God, come running to Him to be saved. That’s why Psalm 103:2 says,”…and forget not all His benefits”. You can have them ALL…IF you follow Him.

FOR THE JOY SET BEFORE US

It is natural to get discouraged from time to time as the devil hurls his arrows at us, and he uses that to distract us from our main purpose in life, and that is to daily grow closer to the LORD.  It is written in Hebrews 12:1-2,
1  Wherefore seeing we also are compassed about with so great a cloud of witnesses, let us lay aside every weight, and the sin which doth so easily beset us, and let us run with patience the race that is set before us,

WILL YOU OBEY GOD?

Obedience is a big thing to God.  Most people know that, but would still rather do their own thing.  Heaven is God’s home, and everything there is subject unto His will and pleasure.  The entire universe was created for God’s pleasure, and even the stars and planets obey His commandment to stay in their proper courses.  And everything was wonderful in heaven until Lucifer decided he not only did not want to obey God anymore, but he wanted to de-throne God and take His place and rule heaven.  Well, how did THAT work out for Lucifer?  Not too well, and he was cast out of heaven because he left his former place of obedience and became evil.
